Northstar Digital Literacy is a national skills assessment created by Literacy Minnesota. BBWM is an official Northstar testing location, which means you can use our computers to complete a free proctored assessment in areas like basic computer skills, email, or Microsoft Office. Pass the assessment, and you receive an official Northstar certificate. BBWM provides the access and the proctor while Northstar owns the assessment and the credential.
